Assistant Pastor Pamela WhitestoneAssistant Pastor Pamela Whitestone has faithfully served at Abundant Life Ministries since 2001, bringing more than 35 years of ministry, leadership, and community service to the church. Appointed to ministry in 1995, she was licensed as an Evangelist in 2000, ordained as an Elder in 2004, and was ordained as Assistant Pastor in 2026.

As Assistant Pastor, Pastor Whitestone serves alongside Bishop Wayne R. Crozier, assisting him in a wide range of pastoral assignments and ministry responsibilities. Her service includes ministerial support, pastoral care, congregational counseling, outreach follow-up for new members, discipleship, hospital visitation, teaching, and active participation in the life and ministries of the church. She also provides leadership and support to the prayer ministry, women’s ministry, and ministerial staff.

Pastor Whitestone’s journey in ministry began through faithful service in outreach, the choir, children’s ministry, and hospitality. Those foundational experiences shaped a lifelong commitment to serving others with compassion, humility, and excellence.

Her passion is helping those who are hurting and guiding people as they come to know Jesus Christ as their personal Savior. Through prayer, biblical teaching, mentorship, and encouragement, she is dedicated to helping individuals grow into their God-given purpose and mature in their walk with Christ.

Pastor Whitestone has pursued both ministry and professional development throughout her career. She earned an Associate Degree in Theology (2007) and a Bachelor of Theology (2011) from Abundant Life Bible College. She also completed God’s Leading Lady Life Enrichment Program through The Potter’s House in 2011. Her additional training includes Behavioral Health Science, Early Childhood Development, Office Administration and Management, Cybersecurity, CPR/AED, and EKG Technician certification.

Professionally, Pastor Whitestone dedicated 15 years of service to the City of Charleston Public Works Department as an Assistant Administrator before retiring in 2017. She later served two years with the Charleston Parks and Recreation Department as an Assistant Program Coordinator and Office Manager before retiring in 2024.

Her spiritual gifts include prayer, leadership, outreach, administration, mentoring, organization, encouragement, and compassionate support for individuals and senior citizens. These gifts continue to strengthen both the church family and the surrounding community.

Pastor Whitestone and her husband, Frank Whitestone III, are blessed with three children, eleven grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. Her greatest desire is to faithfully serve Christ by demonstrating His love through prayer, teaching, hospitality, hospital ministry, mentorship, encouragement, and servant leadership.
